Job summary

CIMET is seeking a talented Risk & Compliance Manager to build and strengthen our Compliance function. You will own key programs, work with business stakeholders, influence decisions, and ensure frameworks withstand external scrutiny.

You will partner across Operations, Product, Sales, and Technology to drive remediation, monitor risks, and uphold regulatory standards in a fast-growing, international business environment.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of Compliance, Risk, Governance, Audit, or Controls experience.
• Proven ownership of compliance frameworks or programs.
• Experience within Banking, FinTech, Telecom, Insurance, or Energy sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience managing compliance activities in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned compliance portfolios and obligations.
• Lead monitoring, testing, and assurance activities.
• Maintain registers, controls, and evidence frameworks.
• Manage incidents, complaints, and potential breaches.
