Oversee the day-to-day execution of research projects, ensuring that all activities are aligned with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Lead and manage multiple research projects, offering expertise and guidance to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality research outputs and adherence to project objectives.

Contribute to the strategic planning of research initiatives, including resource allocation, project scheduling, and setting priorities to meet organizational and customer needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing complex issues as they arise and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting on project progress and outcomes, providing timely updates to senior management and customers to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that research activities are integrated with broader organizational strategies and initiatives, contributing to overall business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Management Responsibility
  • Manage a team of colleagues.
  • Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.
  • Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.
  • Understand and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.
  • Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage and promote colleague success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
  • Provide primary input and recommendations on staffing decisions for the team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or advanced degree
