ACCIONA Energía in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Policy & Regulatory Analyst to monitor central and state energy policies, tariff orders, and regulatory developments affecting solar, wind, and storage assets.

Policy Analysis: Understanding energy laws, tariffs, and state or federal mandates like Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS)
Permitting and Siting: Navigating land use, environmental impact assessments (EIAs), and local or national authorization processes.
Grid Interconnection: Familiarity with transmission protocols, open-access regulations, and utility interconnection standards.
Contract Negotiation: Drafting and reviewing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and energy banking or land lease agreements
Awareness on Quality, Environment and OSHAS Management System Requirement

Required Skills and Competencies
B.E/B.Tech. from reputed/recognized university
