Job summary

EXL is seeking a Records to Report (R2R) Manager to lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities in India. You will oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and manage a team of accounting professionals to deliver accurate and timely results.

You will drive process excellence, ensure internal controls align with GAAP, and collaborate with stakeholders to support financial decision-making while identifying automation opportunities and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with GAAP accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Ability to lead a team of accounting professionals and manage end-to-end close processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and internal control frameworks.
