Job summary

EagleBurgmann KE Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a Manager - QA/QC to lead our quality assurance function in industrial sealing technology. You will oversee testing, data analysis and team development.

You will drive corrective actions with suppliers and implement continuous QA improvements. BE Mechanical is required; on-site role with exposure to advanced testing equipment and cross-functional collaboration across our global operations.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical is required.
• Experience in QA/QC leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC teams including hiring and coaching.
• Monitor testing equipment and perform product testing.
• Analyze results to identify trends and fix defects.
• Collaborate with suppliers on quality issues and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes.

Manager - QA/QC [F/M/D]

Responsibilities

• Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…
• Monitors sophisticated testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates
• Steers the analysis reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
• Steers the collaboration with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs
• Monitors reviews to achieve continuous improvement of quality assurance processes
