We are looking for a proactive and strategic PR Manager to lead end-to-end public relations, client servicing, media strategy, and business growth initiatives . Key Responsibilities:

Strategic PR & Media Management:

• Develop and implement high-impact PR strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Ensure strong media placements across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine storytelling and media outreach approaches.
• Build thought leadership strategies , positioning clients as industry experts through op-eds, speaking opportunities, and award nominations.

Client Servicing & Business Growth:

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, managing relationships end-to-end.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Provide strategic counsel on media relations, crisis communication, and brand positioning.
• Ensure timely campaign execution, reporting, and performance analysis to drive results.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PR professionals to drive excellence.
• Allocate tasks, set performance benchmarks, and foster a high-performance culture .
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities in media outreach, storytelling, and client servicing.

Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting:

• Track PR campaign performance using media monitoring tools .

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and competitor activities .

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Public Relations , preferably in a PR agency managing B2B/SaaS/Tech clients.
• Strong media relations network with a track record of securing impactful media placements.
• Proven experience in client servicing, team management, and strategic PR planning.
• Prior experience in upselling, cross-selling, and new business development (NBD).
• Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in PR tools like Meltwater, Wizikey, Cision , or similar platform.
