Job Purpose:

Senior Executive - MEPF is responsible for assisting in the design review, coordination, and implementation of MEPF systems in airport projects. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, supports project execution, and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Designing plumbing, STP and WTP systems for various building types, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information for project planning.
• Review and comment on all PHE, STP, and WTP drawings submitted by consultants.
• Verify compliance with project requirements, statutory codes, and specifications.
• Scrutinize BOQs for PHE– verify quantities, specs, and descriptions.
• Review technical specifications and identify gaps, mismatches, or redundancies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local and international codes:
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical clarity and timely submissions.
• Participate in technical meetings and ensure design integration with other disciplines.
• Keeping well-informed of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in plumbing both water Supply & Drainage.
• Organize and manage BIM documentation for design work
• Has the ability to critically assess building services documentation (drawings, calculations, and specifications) at all design stages, from concept to construction documentation, and provide valuable design input and guidance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing sustainable plumbing, STP and WTP, including a solid understanding of hydraulics, piping systems, pumps, and equipment.
• Strong technical expertise in PHE systems. Able to do Hydraulic calculation for Water supply & Drainage system.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Ability to identify design discrepancies and provide practical solutions
• Effective communication and report writing skills
• Capable of handling multiple submissions simultaneously
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project coordination and timely delivery.
• Capable of managing the Project under the guidance of Design head.
• Experience in managing and coordinating with the external / Internal stakeholders
• Adaptation to Adani’s growing Airport’s business portfolio & its dynamics
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Conversant with applicable local, national & international statutory norms, codes and regulations, etc.
• Should be familiar with applications of design software like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.

Experience
