Job summary

Valmet seeks an experienced Manager, project execution to lead valve equipment delivery projects for global customers in process industries. You will ensure successful execution, meeting customer expectations and contractual commitments while achieving performance targets.

You will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and documentation teams, manage changes, risks, and reports, and build lasting relationships with customers throughout the project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and accountable approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from handover to final delivery and closure.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget, quality-compliant project execution.
• Act as main point of contact for customers, EPC contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics and Documentation teams.
• Handle project changes, customer requests, contract variations, and claims.
• Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with processes, contract requirements and HSE guidelines.
• Prepare and share project status updates with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.

• Handle project changes, customer requests, contract variations, and claims.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, contract requirements, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
• Prepare and share project status updates and reports with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and accountable approach.
• Customer-focused and business-oriented mindset.
• Experience in industrial equipment, valves, flow control, manufacturing, EPC, or process industries is preferred.
