Job summary

Breakthrough India seeks a Manager Programme Implementation to lead or coordinate programme activities from Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, under the SPSU vertical. The role focuses on timely implementation, budget spending, and reporting with government stakeholders, reporting to the State Lead-Odisha.

The candidate will manage program plans, budgets, and MIS support, ensuring documentation quality and adherence to the MEL framework.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Support State Lead in planning and high-quality execution of key programme priorities as per the PIP, Program Strengthening Plan, MEL plan including planned activities for BT positioning at the state.
• Program Coordination: Support effective and optimal budget utilisation and resource management.
• Program Coordination: Undertake drafting of program plans and budgeting exercises as and when required.
• Program Coordination: Undertake consultant management and ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Reporting & Documentation: Ensure documentation and reporting of the programs as and when needed.
• Reporting & Documentation: Support the team for timely and quality reporting of all internal and external periodic reports.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare program and finance updates for all internal planning and review meetings.
• Reporting & Documentation: Support MIS and documentation team for data analysis.
• Networking & Coordination: Liaising with stakeholders including district and school level functionaries to ensure effective implementation of the program.
• Networking & Coordination: Support in coordination with the CSOs and other eco-system stakeholders.
• Networking & Coordination: Coordinate with the team members at state and district level.
• Monitoring & Supervision: Support State Lead in developing KRA/KPI of the team and to track those.
• Monitoring & Supervision: Undertake program monitoring visits to strengthen the program.
• Monitoring & Supervision: Coordinate with the respective team members for undertaking evaluation and studies.
• Monitoring & Supervision: Support and track effective implementation of the process monitoring.
• Operation Support track: Support State Accounts/ Admin person for all admin and finance related requirements.
• Operation Support track: Coordinate with team members for timely compliance.
• Other responsibilities in collaboration with the State Lead: Undertake any other responsibility as and when required by the organization.
