Job summary

Vena Solutions Inc. in India is seeking a Manager, Professional Services to lead a 10–15 person delivery team based in Indore or Pune.

The role supports our North American PS team with a 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST schedule, a split-shift pattern, and occasional travel to Indore 1–2 times per quarter. You will hire, coach, and grow the team while aligning with North America and UK leaders to ensure strong performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a customer-facing implementation delivery team, of which 3+ years are with CPM/EPM products: budgeting, reporting, consolidations
• 3+ years experience leading a team of direct reports, including career growth conversations
• Experience leading initiatives that drive business improvements and efficiencies
• Clear and concise communicator across all levels of an organization
• Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-starting
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies

Responsibilities

• Provide product and solutioning advice and participate in strategic or escalated customer calls
• Achieve personal utilization targets and maximize North American PS India resource utilization

• Maintain alignment with North America and UK Practice Leaders on project performance and trends
• Identify and contribute to departmental initiatives for scaling, tool rollouts and team enablement

Description

This role is based in either Indore or Pune, India.

To support our North American Professional Services team and customers, your standard working hours will be 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST. The role follows a split-shift model, allowing you to work in-office during the first part of your shift and transition home in the evening (typically around 8:30 PM, with approximately 30 minutes allocated for your commute) to complete the remainder of your shift remotely.

From time to time, a later shift of 5:0 PM to 2:00 AM IST may be required to accommodate customer meetings or other business needs. The role may also require occasional travel to our Indore office, typically 1–2 times per quarter.

The Manager, PS role is an important member of the Professional Services management team. You are responsible for leading a team who deliver professional services for our customers.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead a team of 10-15 people who deliver professional services projects, ensuring we deliver a world class customer experience and effective business outcomes.
• Provide your Vena team product & solutioning advice and participating in customers calls that are strategic or in an escalated state.
• Achieve utilization target for yourself personally and support North American practice leaders by maximizing utilization of PS India resources
• Hire, coach and grow the team. Provide 1-on-1 guidance and regular feedback focused on employee growth.
• Maintain close alignment with Practice Leaders in North America and UK on project & people performance, project escalations and trends you observe within the PS India team. Concise and frequent communications ensure the team operates efficiently.
• Identify, facilitate and/or contribute to departmental initiatives that help scale the company such as methodology improvements, rollout of new tools and team enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Adoption Management, Product Management and Sales as needed.

Base salary range 3,860,298 - 5,222,756 INR
