Job summary

MANCER Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad seeks a senior product leader to guide a team of product managers and analysts. You will translate strategic directions into clear requirements for engineering and coordinate across global product teams.

This role requires 10+ years in product management or business analysis, 3+ years leading teams, experience collaborating with engineering, and comfort working in evolving, distributed environments with Agile/Scrum familiarity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on requirements and delivery.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments with distributed/global teams.
• Exposure to product management practices such as roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and develop a team of product managers and/or product analysts

Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles 3+ years of experience leading team Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on requirements and delivery Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments with distributed/global teams
