Job summary

Travelex is seeking a Procurement Manager in Mumbai to lead sourcing and contract management across Consultancy & HR, Property, Facilities, Technology and other services. You will optimize supplier performance, manage risk, drive cost savings and align procurement strategies with global business goals.

You will maximize Oracle Fusion use to drive compliance, support end users, and deliver savings and quality across our operations, partnering with Legal, Risk and cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, ideally within a global or multi-site environment.
• Strong sourcing, vendor management and contract negotiation background.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Job Title: Procurement Manager

The Role

As a Procurement Manager at Travelex, you will lead the sourcing and contract management across a range of categories, including Consultancy & HR, Property and Facilities Management, Technology and broader business services. You will play a central role in optimizing supplier performance, managing risk, driving cost savings, and aligning procurement strategies with business goals across our global operations.

In this role, you will maximise the use of our Oracle Fusion system to drive compliance and adoption of the agreed process, support end users with specific sourcing activities and drive savings and quality.

Your role will directly support Travelex's global and partner success by ensuring that the business is equipped with the best-fit suppliers, contracts, and commercial arrangements to enable innovation, agility, and scalability.

K ey Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead the end-to-end sourcing process across key indirect procurement categories, delivering best-value solutions and long-term supplier relationships.
• Category Management: Develop and implement robust category plans, informed by market insights, spend analysis, and internal business needs.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier performance, resolve issues, and build strong, value-based partnerships that support business performance and innovation.
• Contract Negotiation: Own the negotiation of commercial terms, working closely with Legal and Risk teams to ensure compliance and protect Travelex’s interests.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the trusted advisor for stakeholders across the business, providing procurement expertise and strategic guidance.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with Travelex policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

What You'll Bring

• Ideally full or working toward a relevant Procurement related qualification.
• Proven experience in procurement, ideally within a global or multi-site environment.
• Strong background in sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultures
• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
• Knowledge of Oracle P2P and sourcing solutions, with a track record of driving savings.
