Job summary

SLAMcore is hiring a Manager (Contract) for Utilities / Power & Energy Consulting, based primarily onsite in Delhi NCR with some travel. Duration: 2–6 months, full-time, potential extension.

Lead workstreams, deliver transformation programs, and coordinate with senior leaders across Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Sustainability & Climate Risk, M&A, Operating Model Transformation, Cost Optimization, and Capital

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of total management consulting experience.
• Minimum 7 years in consulting.
• At least 4 years in Power / Energy / Utilities sector.
• Minimum 1 year with Central Government, State Government, or PSU clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive consulting workstreams and manage project execution alongside senior leadership.
• Deliver strategic and operational transformation initiatives in Power / Energy / Utilities.
• Engage with client stakeholders to define problems, develop solutions and ensure delivery.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and business case development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

B.E./B.Tech with MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute.

7–10 years of total management consulting experience.

Minimum 7 years in consulting.

At least 4 years of consulting experience in the Power / Energy / Utilities sector.

Minimum 1 year of consulting experience with Central Government, State Government, or PSU clients.

Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.
