Manager (Plant)

Pramod Confectionary And Food Products is looking for a Manager (Plant) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
• Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor production output and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Manage plant resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement business strategies
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel, including supervisors and operators
