Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in India is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with business leaders and align local HR priorities with the India People Strategy. You will drive performance management, change management, and succession planning to develop a high‑performing workforce.

You will manage complex employee relations matters and champion workplace programs that enhance employee engagement, growth, and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A master's degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management, with a proven ability to influence senior business leaders and manage complex conflict resolutions.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business objectives to practical HR priorities and action plans.
• A demonstrated track record of successfully navigating and driving impactful outcomes within complex, matrixed global structures.
• Proficient with enterprise HRIS systems (Workday or similar), fluency in employee engagement analytics and predictive talent metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to balance day‑to‑day operations with proactive HR planning.

• Collaborate with COEs to implement initiatives at site and organizational levels.
• Talent & Performance Management: Guide end‑to‑end performance cycles and feedback.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with growth and identify critical roles.
• Employee Relations: Oversee compliance and employee relations workflows, including investigations and exit management.
• Lead a People Business Partner team, mentoring and guiding day‑to‑day operations.
