Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong consulting expertise with hands-on experience in HR Consulting and workforce advisory engagements. Solid understanding of Hire to Retire processes across the employee lifecycle and related HR operating models. Ability to support project delivery with structured analysis, documentation, and solution execution in consulting environments. Exposure to HR Technology and analytics to assess process improvements, reporting, and data-driven workforce insights. Familiarity with AI in HR concepts and pre-sales support activities, including requirement articulation and solution alignment.

• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Master of Business Administration

• Project Management (6+ years)
