Lead the Outstation FTL marketplace across India. Own supply strength, route- readiness, & fulfilment reliability at a national level. Build a high quality, scalable supply ecosystem across fleet owners & partners to support long distance movement.
The HCV business is one of the fastest growing verticals in the organisation. OS FTL is the next scale frontier, with a large and highly fragmented supply ecosystem. Winning in this space will require building a strong, reliable, and well structured supply backbone across corridors.
This role sits at the centre of that ambition. The person will act as the national owner for growth in OS FTL, with a clear mandate to build depth, drive reliability, & create structure.
This is a build role, not a steady state mandate. The person will define how supply is built, structured, and scaled for OS FTL at a national level. The role demands a combination of first principles thinking and strong execution. The expectation is to operate with high ownership, shape the supply strategy, and translate it into on ground outcomes across corridors.
