A logistics company is seeking a seasoned manager to oversee Ecommerce warehouse operations. The role involves managing a large team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing warehouse processes. Candidates must have 10-15 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills. This position contributes to the efficiency of the supply chain and customer satisfaction.
Looking for multiple resources to lead our Ecommerce Warehouse Operations to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organizations supply chain and customer satisfaction. In this role, one will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and efficient stock rotation.
Minimum 10- 15 years work experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain/Warehousing companies monitoring daily operations of Warehouse.
One must have managed Ecommerce warehouse operations
Should have ERP/WMS Knowledge (Both are must and should)
Strong business acumen & proactive instincts
A logical approach to problem solving
High level of integrity
Ability to deliver under stretched timelines.
Location: Gurgaon, Lucknow, Sonipat, Hyderabad.
REQUIREMENTS:
To Manage End to End Operations of the Ecommerce and other Warehouse operations.
Support the Regional Product Heads to analyse the P&L of the Warehouse and Customers
Manage effectively day to day operation of the warehouse operational team and area managers with all laid processes such as inbound, inventory management and outbound operations.
Drive quality Culture throughout the team and analyse reports such as quality complaints, pilferages etc. to drive improvements.
Manage, mentor, hire & train the warehouse team. - Responsible for the security of all warehouse assets and infrastructure.
Manage the returns to the Warehouse and ensure items are dealt with promptly along with maintaining regular communication with last mile managers to update on any supply challenges.
Responsible for maintaining the stock levels and re-ordering of all products to ensure 100% fill rate. - Ensure the warehouse is compliant with current Health and Safety regulations and that the warehouse team is trained appropriately.
Manage a multilayer team size 200+ employees.
Ensure Warehouse operation must be smoothly run and as per layed Processes.
Attend Customer call regarding any extra work, Issue, there requirement.
Prepare KPI reports on Monthly & send it to RO and Customer
Proper Coordination with Seniors & Customer for day to day operation
Ensuring that 5S is maintained in the warehouse.
Complaints raised by customer to be resolved in 24 hrs.
Conduct timely review with team.
Multiple Customers and Multiple warehouse operations management experience is a must.

Liaise with the KAMs to ensure that their expectations are understood, delivered.
Play an active role in the commercial development of both new and existing customers Be a lead Manager in the customer interface supporting the Operations Manager
