Vodafone VOIS is seeking an experienced professional to enable end-to-end contract management and commercial governance within Supply Chain Management in India. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end contracts including new agreements, extensions, amendments, addendums, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and SOWs.
  • Coordinate multi-functional reviews and approvals across legal, privacy, information security, finance, tax, HSW, and BCM.
  • Ensure accuracy of duration, commercials, entities, and risk mitigations.
  • Oversee e-signature workflows and ensure proper delegation of authority.
  • Enable OLA creation and linkage with executed contracts and supply chain enablement.
  • Support audits, vendor onboarding, and lifecycle activities including safety and anti-bribery approvals.

About this Role

We are seeking an individual to enable end-to-end contract management and commercial governance within Supply Chain Management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supplier contracts, statements of work, and commercial agreements are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time. Working closely with business stakeholders, legal, finance, and vendors, the role supports seamless procurement execution while managing contractual risk, compliance obligations, and operational continuity.

What you will do

Manage contracts end-to-end, including new agreements, extensions, amendments, addendums, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and SOWs.Determine appropriate contract structures in line with scope and legal guidance.Coordinate multi‑functional reviews and approvals across legal, privacy, information security, finance, tax, HSW, and BCM.Ensure contractual accuracy relating to duration, commercials, legal entities, and risk mitigation mechanisms.Govern SOW quality by validating deliverables, KPIs, SLAs, RACI, commercials, and payment milestones.Oversee e‑signature workflows, ensuring compliance with delegation of authority and approval sequencing.Enable operational readiness through OLA creation, extensions, and linkage with executed contracts.Support catalogue and rate card enablement, ensuring sourcing, tax, plant, currency, and material code alignment.Act as a point of contact for audits, fraud risk assessments, BCM responsibilities, and MSME compliance.Support vendor onboarding and lifecycle activities, including health & safety, information security, and anti‑bribery approvals.Provide advisory support on payments, reconciliations, and governance issues.Maintain strong governance over SEZ, customs, import/export, and zone‑related activities.

Who you are

An individual with strong stakeholder management capabilities across business, legal, finance, tax, and vendor communities.Detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and risk awareness.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and contracts simultaneously.Confident in written and verbal communication for commercial and contractual coordination.Knowledgeable in contract lifecycle management, procurement frameworks, OLAs, catalogues, and regulatory requirements.Experienced in supply chain, procurement operations, contract management, or commercial governance environments.Educated to graduate level in business administration, commerce, law, supply chain, or a related discipline, with relevant professional certifications considered an advantage.
