Job summary

You will also manage equipment budgets, ensure instrument reliability, and lead data-driven root-cause analysis with stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement across facilities in India.

Job Purpose: This role is responsible for conducting detailed analyses of plant equipment performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to drive operational excellence. This role will also manage equipment budgets, ensure the reliability of instruments, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven root cause analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

BE/B.tech or equivalent technical field.

Work Experience (Range of years):

10+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related field within a manufacturing or plant environment.

Preferred Industry:

Experience in the petrochemical, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sector is preferred.
