This role is responsible for conducting detailed analyses of plant equipment performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to drive operational excellence. This role will also manage equipment budgets, ensure the reliability of instruments, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven root cause analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
Operations & Maintenance
Energy auditors
BE/B.tech or equivalent technical field.
10+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related field within a manufacturing or plant environment.
Experience in the petrochemical, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sector is preferred.
