Job summary

Micro Labs Bengaluru seeks a Medical Advisor to bridge scientific research with commercial goals, providing clinical and regulatory expertise for medico-marketing, new product development, and digital initiatives.

You will support product launches, regulatory submissions, medical information, and KOL engagement, while training sales teams and ensuring ethical compliance. Location: Bangalore; travel 4–5 days monthly.

A Medical Advisor serves as a scientific and clinical expert, providing crucial support for medico-marketing

activities, New product development, regulatory affairs and Digital marketing. Medical Advisor to bridge the

gap between scientific research and commercial goals, ensuring products are positioned effectively and

that regulatory compliance is maintained.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SCIENTIFIC EXPERTISE:

• Staying abreast of latest scientific advancements and medical literature relevant to company and

products

• Providing scientific support to clinical research teams, including study design, analysis, interpretation.
• Developing and delivering scientific presentations to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING SUPPORT:

• Providing medical input for product launches and ongoing marketing strategies.
• Analyzing competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Working with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted product messaging, promotional

materials.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS:

• Providing medical expertise for regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Collaborating with regulatory teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.

MEDICAL INFORMATION &TRAINING:

• Answering medical queries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Developing and delivering training materials for sales and marketing teams on new products and therapies.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participating in scientific conferences and meetings.
• Conducting CMEs/ Panel Discussions/ Advisory Board Meetings/ Other Scientific Initiatives
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including KOLs and other medical experts.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and industry standards.
• Working with medical information teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Pharmacovigilance

Qualification: Doctor with Postgraduate in Medical Degree

MD -Pharmacology or MD- Internal Medicine

WORKING CONIDTIONS

Location based out of Micro Labs Corporate Office, Bangalore

Out of office Travel: minimum of 4 to 5 days a month subject to Scientific Programs/ New

product launches/ Conferences
