Job summary

Novartis India seeks a Value & Access Analyst to support the development, dissemination, and maintenance of HTA and pricing analytics deliverables for Radioligand Therapies. You will develop knowledge in V&A/HTA/PMA and deliver high-quality outputs to clients.

The role requires 6–8 years in PMA/HEOR within pharma, plus an undergraduate and graduate degree in related fields, and strong English proficiency. You will collaborate across projects in a matrix environment and mentor new associates.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline and a graduate degree (Masters/PhD) in a related field (health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health or business management).
  • 6–8 years conducting PMA or HEOR for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute, or closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop optimal knowledge and experience in V&A/HTA/PMA.
  • Create and maintain qualitative/quantitative deliverables per client requirements with standard processes and timelines.
  • Liaise with clients on project schedule and deliverables planning.
  • Provide QC/review guidance to associates/junior colleagues to ensure quality outputs.

Summary

To support the development, dissemination, and maintenance of Value & Access deliverables for selected key strategic asset/s for Radioligand Therapies. Deliverables: Payer Disease Primer [PDP], Briefing Books [BB], Core Value Prospectus [CVP]), Critical evaluation of health technology assessment [HTA] reports and/or Pricing Analytics, Analogue analysis, Launch sequence optimization, IRP impact analysis, and other activities as directed by International Value and Access team.

About The Role
Key responsibilities
  • Develop optimal knowledge and experience in V&A / HTA / PMA
  • Develop and maintain the qualitative and/or quantitative deliverables as per the client requirements in accordance with the agreed standard process and timelines, independently for assigned projects
  • Liaise with clients on project schedule/planning of deliverables
  • Ensure that the new associates/junior colleagues deliver quality deliverables by providing guidance and performing QC/review
  • Support clients to conduct payer insight generation and ad-hoc activities (e.g. Payer AdBoards / primary market research) as and when required
  • Deliver adhoc and cross-functional requests and activities
  • Support the development of additional guidance and training materials (i.e. checklists, QA processes etc.)
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the assigned deliverables and the guidance template
  • Develop long-term, peer-level relationships with key clients
  • Train, coach, mentor and ensure functional development of new associates/junior colleagues within V&A team
  • Comply with and support group’s project management tool, standards and policies
  • Maintains records for all assigned projects including archiving
  • Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance

  • Attend all mandatory trainings
  • Support V&A (especially PMA) deliverables meeting quality and timelines standards (as guided / defined by senior members)
  • Timely delivery of good quality of assigned deliverables and tasks

Desirable Requirements

Education (minimum)
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
Languages
  • Proficiency in ‘English’ is a pre-requisite; while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage
Experience
  • Pharmaceutical domain knowledge
  • MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point)
  • 6-8 years conducting PMA or health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)
  • Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently
