Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited in India seeks a Manager-MQA Aggregates to lead quality system support, mentor teams, and ensure process and product quality meet requirements.

You will resolve customer complaints, conduct failure analysis, identify ICA/PCA, verify and implement actions, and communicate planned actions to PVT & Service. You will drive MQS guidelines and maintain ISO/IATF standards across functions.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience with MQS guidelines and quality systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality system support & mentoring to ensure process and product quality.
• Resolve customer complaints, perform failed part analysis, ICA/PCA, verification & implementation, and communicate actions to PVT & Service.
• Maintain customer focus at buyoffs and align with audit results; use MQS tools and techniques.
• Facilitate QA tools adoption across manufacturing and other areas to ensure defect-free products.
• Ensure proper MIS, timely reporting, and update release cycles for management.
• Identify process gaps and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams; support APQP and FTR approvals.
• Close New project quality gateway deliverables on time for new models and ensure first-time-right products.
• Establish and sustain the Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949.

Manager-MQA Aggregates Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Provide quality system support & mentoring in the department to ensure the process and outgoing product quality meets the specified requirements. Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation & Communicate planned actions to PVT & Service. Ensure that customer focus is maintained at different buyoffs and is regularly calibrated and aligned to audit results. Support for analysis of quality concerns & ensure quality tools / techniques are used as per MQS guidelines. Facilitate all the manufacturing and other areas in using quality tools and techniques & ensuring defect free product Ensure proper MIS for management reporting, timely & periodical updation & release Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns, and executing corrective measures along with CFT Change Management- FTR Approval (Fitment Verification jointly with CFT), APQP activities & documentation On time closure of New project quality gateway deliverables for new models & ensuring First time right product Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard
