Brandix Group in Visakhapatnam seeks a Manager - Manufacturing to lead sewing operations and guide a production team toward achieving targets with optimal cost, quality and delivery. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to organizational guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience heading production in a large plant, with a track record of driving efficiency and coordinating with internal stakeholders to sustain manufacturing excellence.

Key purpose of the Job

The Manager - Manufacturing oversees the production function (sewing operations) in the Plant. The role holder will guide and motivate the production team to achieve the set production targets effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include meeting targets for cost, quality, delivery and productivity.Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the
Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive achievement of production targets and ensure quality of products meets customer/buyer specifications
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sewing operations
• Responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives
• Supervise the team of group leaders and SMOs

Education

Bachelors' Degree/Diploma in Clothing Technology.

Experience

8 to 10+ years of experience and should possess a minimum experience of 3 years in heading production for a large Plant
