Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking a Manager - Litigation & TP Claims in Cochin, Kerala. The role involves tendering evidence and coordinating with Advocates, demarkation and processing of awards, preparing and vetting WS and timely filing of notes of arguments, and maintaining MIS for the location.

The candidate will travel to various locations for reviewing cases, adducing evidences and pre-settlement activities, supporting the Claims function with robust litigation management.
