Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT Operations Management, including leadership roles.
Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or above preferred.
Extensive knowledge and experience in IT Operations Management, including IT Control Centre operation, IT Facilities Management, IT Services design.
Proven track record in managing IT Control Centre operations and IT Facilities Management, especially in mission-critical environments.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems operations, and network management.
Experience managing operation centres in large-scale, complex organizations, preferably within the aviation industry.
Holding a Hong Kong driving license is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
Willing to work shift duties.
