Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Manager – Internal Audit to lead risk assessments and strengthen internal controls across manufacturing locations in India. Ideal candidate has Chartered Accountant qualification with 5–10 years post-qualification experience, hands-on audit planning and execution, and familiarity with SAP/ERP and data analytics.

Willingness to travel across sites is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, IFC and Internal Controls.
• Hands-on experience in audit planning and execution.
• Exposure to manufacturing plant audits and operational processes.
• Experience in audit reporting, CAPA tracking and process improvement.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and data analytics is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across manufacturing locations in India.
• Industry preference: Automotive, Auto Ancillary, Engineering or Manufacturing.
