Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Information Security governance professional to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives. The role requires handling ISO 27001:2013, SOC 1 & SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA frameworks and driving security policy and metrics across the organization.

The candidate will work as an individual contributor, with strong communication and collaboration skills, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or equivalent with 6 years of experience or Post graduate with 5 years and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• 6–7 years of experience in Information Security Governance, risk and compliance management with strong data and network security concepts.
• Vast experience in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Security policy and Metrics.
• Excellent technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in implementation of ISO 27001:2013, SSAE 18 SOC 1 & SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA & other industry standards.
• Strong technical understanding of Information Security.
• Self-starter, positive mentality and a go-getter attitude mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including creative writing skills.
• Strong people and negotiation skills mandatory.
• Quick learner, research-oriented and able to adapt to fast-changing environment.
• Strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Candidate will work as an individual contributor and should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
