Overview

Join Bristol Myers Squibb’s Hyderabad Finance CoE as a Controllership R2R Operations Manager. This role supports end‑to‑end record‑to‑report accounting activities, collaborates with local markets and third‑party service providers, and drives continuous improvement within the R2R finance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute R2R period‑end activities (e.g., account reconciliation, QC, accounts receivable, accruals, operational reporting) and close activities.
• Monitor and manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end activities per close timetable in collaboration with local markets and third‑party service provider.
• Prepare scheduled balance sheet control reconciliations.
• Maintain internal customer satisfaction levels and take immediate corrective action as appropriate.
• Complete period audits, management level reporting, and disaster recovery related activities.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects initiated by R2R leadership.
• Articulate material risks and opportunities and design and execute response or contingency plans.

Qualifications

• Open communication and cooperation to ensure R2R activities are executed seamlessly.
• Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience required for qualified candidates; 8+ years for non‑CA / CMA.
