Shift Timings: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM / 1:00 PM -10:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to join our HR team in Hyderabad. The role is responsible for building and sustaining a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance, and driving engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employee relations within the BPO/KPO/outsourcing industry and proven leadership experience in handling complex HR challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Employee Relations activities, ensuring fair and consistent handling of workplace concerns.
  • Drive Employee Engagement programs to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Handle conflict resolution through mediation, counseling, and proactive interventions.
  • Develop effective employee communication strategies to enhance transparency and trust.
  • Oversee employee recognition initiatives to boost motivation and retention.
  • Ensure policy development, compliance, and advocacy in line with legal and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team in managing employee relations cases.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, HRBP in the BPO/KPO/outsourcing industry with current designation as Assistant Manager or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing HR teams and handling complex employee relations issues.
