Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various companies.
    • Design and implement structured onboarding and induction processes.
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems.
    • Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts/finance teams.
    • Draft, update, and implement HR policies applicable across companies.
  • Employee Engagement & Development
    • Build initiatives to improve workplace culture, motivation, and retention.
    • Coordinate training, workshops, and professional development programs.
  • Performance Management
    • Support in designing and managing appraisal systems.
    • Guide managers on performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
  • Compliance & Legal
    • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
    • Coordinate with consultants for PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory filings.
  • General HR Support
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
    • Assist leadership in organizational planning and HR strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to handling multiple entities or group companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, Indian labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities across different businesses.
