The Hospital Partnerships team at Navi is responsible for building and managing a strong, pan-India network of hospitals to support our health insurance offerings. By forging and maintaining relationships with partner hospitals, the team ensures wide access and better claim support for our customers. A robust hospital network not only strengthens Navi’s national footprint but also enhances the cashless claims experience by offering customers more choices and faster settlements.
Responsible for empaneling hospitals, negotiating rates, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth cashless claim operations. The role involves maintaining strong hospital relationships, monitoring performance, resolving grievances, and ensuring compliance with health insurance regulations.
