Job summary

EY in New Delhi seeks a Manager-National-TAX-TAX for Global Compliance & Reporting. You will lead tax delivery across direct tax and regulatory reporting, coordinating with clients and business units.

The role requires 3-5+ years of experience in tax and strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). You will leverage automation and GenAI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Your key responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Direct Tax Laws, including TDS provisions and related compliance requirements. Well-versed in direct tax compliance due dates, statutory filing timelines, and end-to-end compliance execution. Knowledge of accounting processes with hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. Ability to leverage automation tools and GenAI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve compliance efficiency and delivery timelines.


• Leading a team of people, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time.


• Experience in managing client deliverables and coordinating with client and BU teams to support accurate compliance reporting.
