Job summary

EY in New Delhi is inviting applications for Consultant-National-TAX-TAX within Global Compliance & Reporting. The National team works across industries to provide well-rounded exposure and cross-functional collaboration.

You will handle direct tax and TDS compliance end-to-end, rely on ERP processes (SAP/Oracle), and leverage GenAI tools to boost efficiency. Collaboration with clients and BU teams will ensure accurate reporting and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• CA designation and commerce degrees required
• 0–2+ years of experience in tax/compliance
• Experience delivering client-ready compliance deliverables

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Direct Tax Laws, including TDS provisions and compliance requirements.
• Well-versed in direct tax compliance due dates, statutory filing timelines, and end-to-end compliance execution.
• Knowledge of accounting processes with hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Ability to leverage automation tools and GenAI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve compliance efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Experience in managing client deliverables and coordinating with client and BU teams to support accurate compliance reporting.
