Job summary

Fidelity International in Gurgaon is seeking a Manager - Global Capability Hub to lead end-to-end Sales, Assets and Revenue reporting for an Asset Management environment. The role combines strong system expertise (Anaplan/Oracle), KPI governance, and global stakeholder management to drive actionable MI and automation.

You will manage a team, own budgeting and forecasting cycles, and partner with regional leadership to deliver accurate, timely insights that support strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• CA with 7-10 years in Asset Management/BFSI reporting.
• Strong understanding of AUM and revenue reporting.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Proven ability to manage global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Department Description

Global capability hub team is responsible for providing financial analysis, information, forecasting and insight to senior leaders within, Technology, Operations, Investment Management and Corporate functions, as well as to the FIL board and the Global Operating Committee as a whole. The team is also responsible for corporate KPI and revenue, sales and assets reporting and for maintaining all revenue sales, assets and management accounts data globally.

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a individual with leadership mindset to manage end-to-end Sales, Assets and Revenue reporting within an Asset Management environment. The role will combine strong system expertise (Anaplan/Oracle), deep understanding of forecasting & budgeting cycles, KPI ownership, and global stakeholder management.

This role will lead a team responsible for accurate, timely, and insightful reporting while driving continuous improvement and automation across reporting frameworks.

About your role

Revenue, Sales & AUM Reporting Ownership

• Own end-to-end reporting for:
  • Sales (Gross / Net / Money In / Money Out)
  • Assets Under Management (AUM) & Assets under Administration (AUA)
  • Revenue (Management fees, performance fees, distribution flows)
• Ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and control framework alignment
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and budgeting cycles
• Deliver actionable MI (Management Information) for leadership
• Drive standardisation of definitions and KPI governance

FP&A & Forecasting

• Partner with Finance & Business teams on:
  • Revenue forecasting
  • AUM projections
  • Budget planning cycles
• Analyse drivers:
  • Market movement vs Net flows
  • Product mix
  • Channel performance
• Provide variance commentary & performance insights
• Support scenario modelling and forward-looking analytics

KPI Governance & Data Quality

• Own KPI framework across Sales, Assets and Revenue
• Drive data governance best practices
• Identify and resolve upstream data issues
• Build early-warning indicators for reporting anomalies
• Ensure alignment across global definitions and reporting packs

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Work with a cross broader team
• Deliver on clear KRAs and performance expectations
• Build domain depth within Asset Management reporting
• Drive culture of automation and continuous improvement

Global Stakeholder Management

• Partner with:
  • Regional Sales Heads
  • CFO / Business Finance teams
  • Distribution leadership
  • Technology & Data teams
• Present insights to senior leadership
• Influence cross-regional alignment
• Support strategic transformation initiatives

About you

• Chartered Accountant
• 7-10 years experience in:
  • Investment Management / Asset Management
  • BFSI reporting environment
• Strong understanding of:
  • AUM reporting
  • Revenue mechanics in Asset Management
  • Sales & distribution reporting
• Prior exposure to budgeting & forecasting cycles
• Experience managing global stakeholders

Technical Skills

• OBIEE (Or strong equivalent BI platform exposure)
• Advanced Excel
• Anaplan
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts
