Job summary

Deloitte India in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Oracle PPM Functional Consultant to lead design, configuration, testing and implementation of PPM solutions within Oracle EBS and Fusion environments.

You will partner with business and technical teams to resolve issues, manage stakeholders, and drive finance transformations including Project Costing, Billing and Revenue recognition, with a focus on cloud migrations and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion PPM.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading project-centric finance transformations.
• Experience with capitalization, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Work with business and technical teams to resolve functional issues, support integrations, and deliver PPM solutions.
• Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migrations involving Financials and PPM.
• Drive adoption of Oracle leading practices, Deloitte accelerators, and cloud-native capabilities such as automation and advanced reporting.
• Strong experience in Oracle PPM Functional, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Accounting, and Project Management.

The Team

• Project Accounting, and Project Management.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Work with business and technical teams to resolve functional issues, support integrations, and deliver PPM solutions.
• Experience in Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion PPM with strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Provide solution leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and PPM modules (Projects, Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Contracts)
• Guide solution architecture for project-centric finance transformations, including capitalization, revenue recognition, and cost accounting
• Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migrations involving Financials and PPM
• Drive adoption of Oracle leading practices, Deloitte accelerators, and cloud-native capabilities such as automation and advanced reporting.
