The role is based in Noida and involves leading global MIS reports, data analysis, and automation initiatives to strengthen financial planning processes. You will oversee budgeting and rolling forecasts across regions, consolidate KPIs with cross-functional heads, and drive digital transformation of ERP and BI tools like Power BI

Qualifications

Location is Noida Sec 62

Qualification: CA –Mandatory

5.5 Days(wfo) working 2ndSaturday off

IC role but will get support from global team.

Job Purpose

Manage Global MIS reports, Analysing Key data, Managing Business analytics tool & Automation

Key Responsibilities Functional:

• Budgeting & Rolling Forecasting: Directs the annual budget cycle and continuous forecasting processes by consolidating financial data from multiple regions, business units, and subsidiaries.
• Monthly and Periodic reporting: Will be responsible for generation and management of MIS reports, preparation of cash flow statement and other reports based on requirement. Use Business analytics tools to consolidate reports. Collaborate directly with cross-functional departmental heads and regional managers to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and control localized costs.
• Performance Analysis: Conducts deep-dive variance analyses (planned vs. actual) and translates complex financial data into digestible reporting packs for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
• Digital Transformation: Champions the optimization of financial systems (e.g., ERP, Enterprise Performance Management) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to automate reporting and improve global data accuracy.

Interaction:

• Building and maintaining productive relationships with finance team of multiple geographies and other stakeholders.
• Managing cross-functional teams of organisation for getting required information

Key Skills/ Competencies

• Able to quickly understand the business, its key drivers, and issues.
• Preparation of Strong competencies in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, as well as a strong working knowledge of accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills, being able to digest large amounts of data (numerical and text), identify the key issues and present these in a concise and clear manner
• Able to deliver accurate, consistent and polished output in PowerPoint, excel and word format that clearly communicates key messages
• Strong problem solver
• Possess a high level of integrity.
