Your key responsibilities

• Strong experience in forensic investigations and compliance-focused case handling within a professional services environment. Proficient in managing client relationships and account portfolios with a strong understanding of service delivery requirements. Skilled in stakeholder handling across internal and external teams to support effective investigation and compliance outcomes. Capable of managing client escalations with structured communication, coordination, and timely issue resolution.
