Job summary

Mondelez India Foods Private Limited, formerly Cadbury India Ltd., invites applications for a Manager Finance, Customer Service & Logistics to lead Finance Business Partnering across CS&L in India. The role partners with senior stakeholders in Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution and Co-packing, blending strategic finance with strong operational exposure.

The successful candidate will lead a 2–3 person finance team and drive planning, performance management and cost optimization

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 8–14 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably FMCG.
• Finance Business Partnering experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a key Finance Business Partner to CS&L, providing financial insight and recommendations.
• Own financial planning and performance management across freight, warehousing, distribution and co-packing.
• Lead CS&L productivity and cost optimization, improving logistics costs relative to growth.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and regional teams to identify cost drivers and opportunities.
• Provide financial leadership on inventory health and working capital.
• Support strategic decisions on logistics network, warehousing and co-packing.
• Drive governance and simplify processes to improve decision support.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance professionals.

What We're Looking For
