Job summary

Gramik is seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager in Noida to own the finance function end‑to‑end and work closely with the Founder and leadership team.

You will manage bookkeeping, reporting, budgets and fundraising data while building robust financial models and presenting insights to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, accounting, MIS, cash flow and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts and unit economics.
• Prepare investor presentations, financial projections, MIS and fundraising data.
• Lead finance‑related due diligence and coordinate with investors, auditors and advisors.

Role

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Investment Banking, Big 4 or a high‑growth startup.
• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modelling and business analysis.
• Excellent understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and hands‑on.

We need someone who can go beyond accounting understand the business, build the model, analyse the numbers, support investors and help the Founder make better financial decisions.
