About Dairy Day: Dairy Day is one of India’s largest ice cream brands. Over the last 20 years, we have built a formidable presence across South India and are available in over 30,000 stores. We are looking to hire a full-time Chartered Accountant to deliver Finance & Accounts requirements of the company.

Business Partner with Manufacturing Team and provide insights to draw budget, forecast and Budget vs Actuals for both opex and Capex.

Provide valuable insights to drive cost savings initiatives and ensure the overall spend is within Budget.

Oversee purchase of spares and consumables and ensure efficiency in purchase by reducing blocking of working capital and taking timely actions to ensure no unused spare is lying for more than 6 Months unless otherwise agreed.

Ensure monitoring of Capex against the budget. Maintain a detailed tracker of the capex capturing its current status for monthly review.

Provide insights to draw business case for capex. Compute IRR, Payback period and effective savings from the proposed capex.

Work on manpower optimization and improve efficiency by eliminating waste from the system.

Spearhead and conduct monthly review on Factory cost vs Budget, Capex spend vs Budget along with status and monthly reporting of savings accrued from various initiatives.

Suggest improvement in SAP which can ease the work of the user and at the same time provide valuable insights.

Assist on audits being conducted for factory. Eg - Stock Take, Fixed Asset Audit, Internal Audit etc.

Proficiency in working in SAP S/4 Hannah environment.

CA/CWA Degree with 3-4 Years of experience in factory finance.
