Responsibilities

• Actively manage equity portfolios aligned with investment objectives.
• Monitor portfolio risk including beta, concentration, liquidity, drawdown, and valuation.
• Track performance against benchmarks using Alpha, Sharpe, Information Ratio, Tracking Error, and Hit Ratio.
• Prepare investment reports, letters, and market outlook presentations.
• Present portfolio strategy to clients and participate in investor meetings.
• Collaborate with Research, Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Relationship Management.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage equity portfolios aligned with investment objectives.
• Monitor portfolio risk, including beta, sector and stock concentration, liquidity, drawdown, and valuation, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Track portfolio performance versus benchmark using key metrics such as Alpha, Sharpe Ratio, Information Ratio, Tracking Error, Maximum Drawdown, and Hit Ratio.
• Prepare investment reports, quarterly investor letters, and market outlook presentations.
• Present portfolio strategy and investment rationale to clients and participate in investor meetings and webinars.
• Collaborate closely with Research, Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Relationship Management to ensure efficient portfolio execution.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, investment mandates, and internal investment policies.

Desired Profile:

• MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA with 23 years of experience in Equity Research, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Asset Management Companies (AMC), or Institutional Investing.
