• Experience in AWS Cloud Services.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and ability to integrate them into team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of full stack developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Contribute to technology roadmap and modernization initiatives.

Summary of the Manager, Engineering:

• Lead our product development team in India.
• A leader with a strong technical and architectural background who can actively contribute to technical design and architecture decisions while guiding the team toward building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including .NET Developers, Database Developers, QA, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities for the Manager, Engineering:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of full stack developers in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
