Search Advisers Services Guj in Halol, Vadodara seeks an Electrical Design Manager for Power Transformers up to 132 kV / 100 MVA. You will lead design, tender support, and customer discussions to optimize electrical, dielectric and thermal performance.

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required. Role involves coordinating with mechanical teams, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with transformer standards, safety, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in power transformer electrical design.
• Hands-on experience with transformers up to 132 kV / 100 MVA.
• Knowledge of transformer electrical, thermal, dielectric, short-circuit and insulation design.
• Experience in tender engineering, design optimization and customer discussions.
• Knowledge of transformer standards and design software/tools.
• Good communication, analytical and team-management skills.
