Job summary

Stryker is seeking a data operations leader in Gurugram to coordinate daily processes, governance, and performance reporting. You will drive improvements, partner with Delivery, Product Management, Analytics, Platform, and Governance teams, and support readiness for new data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, PMO, service management, data operations, analytics operations, or enterprise delivery support.
• Experience coordinating operational processes, governance routines, service reviews, or cross-functional support activities.
• Experience developing KPIs, operational dashboards, scorecards, process documentation, and performance reports.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, issue management, process improvement, controls, and operational governance practices.
• Prior experience guiding analysts, coordinating work, or leading small workstreams preferred.

What you will need:
