• Litigation & Appeals: coordinate and file appeals before CIT(A) and ITAT.
• Tax Planning & Compliance: drive tax cost reduction and timely statutory returns.
• Management Reporting: prepare technical tax presentations for leadership.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience

Key Focus Areas:

• – International Taxation & DTAA: Hands-on experience managing international tax affairs and filing Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements.
• – Transfer Pricing & Audits: Expertise in handling Transfer Pricing (TP) audits, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), General Anti-Avoidance Rules (GAAR), and standard Tax Audits.
• – Litigation & Appeals: Preparing, coordinating, and filing appeals before CIT(A) and ITAT.
• – Tax Planning & Compliance: Driving tax cost reduction strategies, ensuring accurate preparation and timely filing of periodic statutory returns under the Income Tax Act.
• – Management Reporting: Preparing technical presentations on complex taxation matters and strategic tax proposals for leadership.
