Leadership & Organizational Excellence

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing product management teams through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital support, AI-powered, and automation-focused product portfolios.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and investment planning through launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Align product strategy and investment priorities with customer needs, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide teams in developing compelling value propositions, business cases, success metrics, and growth strategies.

AI Transformation & Innovation

• Champion an AI-first operating model that leverages AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation to improve customer experiences, employee productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to deliver innovative AI-powered digital experiences that increase self-service adoption, support effectiveness, and business value.
• Provide leadership on emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and practices that improve team effectiveness, product quality, and decision-making.

Customer Experience & Product Execution

• Translate customer, stakeholder, and business needs into clear product strategies, priorities, and execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, support, content, and business teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Ensure product roadmaps are aligned to customer experience goals, business objectives, and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital experiences and customer journeys through data-driven insights and feedback.

Business Outcomes & Operational Performance

• Establish and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and operational measures that track product performance and business impact.
• Use analytics, customer insights, and root-cause analysis to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Improve delivery predictability, execution quality, adoption, engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Own business outcomes and ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable results.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Experience, Software, AI, or related technology fields.
• Demonstrated success defining product strategy and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including managers and senior professionals.
• Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, or business performance.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience managing complex portfolios, roadmaps, investments, and organizational priorities.
