A leading financial advisory firm based in Mumbai is looking for an experienced SA or Manager in Investment Banking. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with private equity and venture funds, managing transactions, and leading client pitches. Candidates should have strong financial modeling skills, an understanding of M&A processes, and excellent communication abilities. Flexibility to work from home is available.

Experience: IB / Private Equity Fund Raise / FSG / Sell side M&A experience & having closed deals experience
Skills:
– Excellent existing relationship with financial sponsors (private equity and venture funds). Self-motivated to build relationship with the private equity & venture funds
– Experience with preparation of Information Memorandums
– Proficiency in financial modelling & valuation techniques
– Experience in Financial Sponsor Group
– Ability to multi-task and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision
– Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (and key issues) involved in an M&A process and fund raising
– Team player & ability to work in a globally dispersed team. Strong communication skills & understanding of corporate finance
– Flexibility to travel across India and abroad
Responsibilities :
– Building and maintaining relationship with private equity and venture funds
– Responsible to showcase private equity mandates of TH and get the deal closed working along with sector bankers.
– Responsible to secure mandates from portfolio of private equity and venture funds
– Lead transaction execution: Manage transactions end to end including the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial models, participate in management/buyer meetings, negotiate offers, manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process
– Origination: Take an active part in business development by participating in origination activity and leading client pitches to corporates and to private equity investors
