Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a data analytics professional for a permanent role based in Bengaluru. You will own end-to-end data management, develop dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years’ experience in data management, strong SQL and scripting skills, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like SAP or Salesforce, driving data-driven decisions across the consumer durables/FMCG space.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Data Management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience in consumer durables, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Proven experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.) and working with large data sets.
• Experience with ERP & CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or similar.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

• 5-10 years' operating in a Data Management (Data mapping, data transformation, data migration) - preferably within an agency environment.
• Prior experience in consumer durables, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors preferred Proven experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.) and working with large data sets.
• Experience working with ERP & CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or similar
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Strong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one scripting language (Python, R, etc.)
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Experience with forecasting, clustering, regression, or other advanced statistical techniques.
• Knowledge of data management best practices and regulatory requirements.
